Can you host a site you did not build?
Yes. We host WordPress, Magento and custom sites, whether we built them or someone else did. Tell us where the site lives now and we plan the move with you.
What does yearly billing save?
Two months. A year costs ten times the monthly price: hosting is $300 a year instead of $360, and Growth is $2,600 instead of $3,120.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from Manage your plan. The difference for the rest of your billing period is prorated on your next invoice.
How do I cancel?
From Manage your plan, or by email. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. A yearly plan is not refunded for unused months.
Is the CMS included?
With every support plan. On Hosting alone, a custom website we built gets it free for the first year, then $19.99 a month. Tailored themes, and sites we convert to it, pay $49.99 a month for hosting and the CMS together. The CMS runs only on our hosting.
Can you move my current site onto the CMS?
Yes. Converting a site we didn't build is $250 once, and we fix its bugs and clean up its code on the way. Prepay a year of any support plan and the conversion is free.
Can I pay by Zelle?
Yes, on yearly billing. Choose Zelle at checkout and we show our Zelle details with a reference for the memo. Your plan starts when the payment arrives. Monthly plans renew by card.
How do I sign in to my account?
At accounting.nextlevelhtml.com, with the email you paid with: we email you a sign-in link. Your account shows your plan, invoices and card, and is where you switch plans or cancel.
Do unused edits carry over?
Content edits and SEO additions reset each month. Partner design and development hours carry over: half of them on monthly billing (up to 100 hours), and all of them on yearly billing (up to 150 hours). Carried hours stay yours while the plan runs; they end only if the plan ends, is canceled or is terminated.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans renew month to month, or year to year on yearly billing, until you cancel. Our project terms cover the details.
